What we collect
Contact information you provide during reservation (email, optional phone), basic device telemetry from the CluckCabin app (temperature, humidity, feed levels), and optional camera footage you choose to share.
How we use it
To fulfill your reservation, send shipping and product updates, operate and improve the product, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on encrypted servers within the user's region of residence where available. Camera footage is stored locally on the device by default; cloud backup is opt-in.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@cluckcabin.com.
