These are placeholder Terms of Service. Final terms will be published before the first units ship.
Reservations
A $99 reservation locks Edition 01 pricing and a numbered unit. Reservations are fully refundable until your unit enters production. You will be notified before any non-refundable charge.
Warranty
Cabin 01 includes a 2-year limited warranty. Signature Edition includes a 5-year limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Acceptable use
CluckCabin is designed for residential backyard use with up to 6 hens (12 for Estate). Commercial poultry operations are not supported.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CluckCabin's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
